The gift certificate value is associated with the card's ID, not the client's account. If the card is lost, the money is lost.  There is a 6 month expiration on every gift certificate.  Please keep your receipt for date of purchase reminder.
All gift certificates are FINAL, sorry no refunds or exchanges.  Anyone can use the gift card, it doesn't have to be for in-tented person.  ALL expired Gift Certificates can ONLY  be used for half of the purchase price and remaining balance must be due upon services redeemed.  No exceptions.
